Content refers to any audio, video, film, artwork, written material, performances, recordings, or media files submitted by users to the Six18 Network platform.

All submitted content is subject to review and approval by the Six18 Network team.
The company may reject or remove any content for legal, quality, technical, or business reasons.
Submission of content does not guarantee visibility, promotion, or audience reach.
Users may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate.
Content involving minors in inappropriate or illegal contexts is strictly prohibited.

The company may adjust formatting or encoding to meet technical platform requirements.
This license remains valid while the content remains active on the platform.
Content submitted to the Six18 Network must remain exclusive to the platform while it is actively distributed through the network.
Users may not upload the same content to competing streaming platforms without written permission from the Six18 Network.
This restriction applies only to the submitted content and does not prevent creators from producing new work.
Users confirm that they own all rights necessary to submit their content.
Users confirm that their content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or any other legal protections.
Users also confirm that their content complies with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.
Users agree to defend and hold harmless the Six18 Network and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal disputes resulting from submitted content or violation of these Terms.
The Six18 Network provides its services on an as available basis.
The company does not guarantee distribution, audience reach, views, promotion, or revenue from submitted content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Six18 Network is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the platform during the six months preceding the claim.
If an account is terminated, access to the platform will immediately end and the company may remove all related content.
Sections relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and legal rights will continue to apply after termination.
The Six18 Network may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page and will become effective upon publication.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
